3.3. Formation of Committee: (1) A committee named Khandwari Hospital Development Committee has been formed.
(2) The committee as per sub-section (1) shall have the following members:-

(a) A person nominated by the Government of Nepal as Chairman
(b) Head or chairman member of the concerned municipality or village development committee of the area where the hospital is located (c) Representative Member of District Development Committee (d) Representative (official level) member of District Administration Office
(e) President Member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(f) President Member
of District Red Cross Society (g) Women representative members of the respective ward of the area where the hospital is located (h) A person nominated by the committee from among women involved in health services (i) Medical Superintendent of Hospitals Member Secretary
(3) The term of office of the office bearers as per clauses (a) and (h) of sub-section 2 shall be two years.
(4) If the Government of Nepal deems it necessary, it may add or change the members of the committee by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(5) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite any official of the Government of Nepal or any other expert to attend the meeting of the committee as an observer.
